DMP2 Final Cut – Mindy Joo

This is the Digital Media Project (DMP) 2 for ENG333 class at Texas A&M University – Commerce. This video is about history of Binnion Hall at TAMUC.

Binnion Hall is one of the oldest buildings in Texas A&M University – Commerce. Binnion Hall was once used as the dorm in the 1947’s, dedicated in the memory of E.T.’s second president, Randolph B. Binnion. After the renovation in 1976, Binnion Hall houses the following offices: Math, Special Education, Continuing Education, Speech and Hearing. Using archival materials, the video helps introduce the history of Binnion hall from construction in 1947.

This project was completed by Minjeong (Mindy) Joo for her Advanced Composition 333 Course taught in Spring of 2014 by Dr. Shannon Carter. Learn more about the course at (http://sites.tamuc.edu/eng333) her email: shannon.carter@tamuc.edu and cartershannon@gmail.com

Infront of the Binnion Hall – going to class!

Infront of the Binnion Hall

She is living in Binnion Hall. On 1950, Binnion hall is a woman’s dormitory since it constructed in 1947, and it is a fantastic experience. Now she came out from the Binnion hall to go to class. She has curfew, so she should come back to her dorm room before at least 11pm. If not, she will get a scolding from the housemother.
